Kaiser Permanente’s Community Health Care Program brings exceptional care right to your fingertips. The fantastic news is that you don’t need to be a U.S. citizen to qualify – residents of any status are welcome to apply. To be eligible for this program, you must meet the following requirements: 1\. You must live in a household with an income no more than 3 times the federal poverty level (for example, up to $43,740 for a single person or $90,000 for a family of 4 in 2023). 2\. You must not have access to other health coverage, including Medi-Cal, Medicare, a job-based health plan, or coverage through Covered California. **High-Quality Health Care Within Reach** If you are a California resident without access to other health coverage, Kaiser Permanente’s Community Health Care Program can provide you with high-quality healthcare. This program ensures that you receive the medical attention you deserve. **Choose Your Doctor** With this program, you have the flexibility to select your doctor based on location, specialty, language preference, and more. You can change your doctor at any time, guaranteeing that your healthcare is tailored to your specific needs. **Virtual Care and Self-Care Online** Kaiser Permanente offers convenient options for virtual care. You can utilize [kp.org](http://kp.org/) or the Kaiser Permanente app for a wide range of services, from scheduling appointments with your doctor to refilling most prescriptions and more. Additionally, you can access self-care programs and resources for mental health and wellness, fitness, nutrition, and more. This program puts healthcare at your convenience, whether you need in-person or virtual support. **Application Period** The application period for this program is between November 1, 2023, and January 31, 2024.
