Our team is here to make the process easy for you, giving personalized support every step of the way. Your health and nutrition are what matter most to us. **What to Expect During Your Visit** The average appointment time for program application assistance varies based on individual needs and circumstances. All appointments can be done over the phone (OTP) or in person. The following is a general description of what to expect during your appointment: **Intake appointment:**  - A detailed consultation and screening will be conducted to assess your program qualifications. - Appointment will take approximately 15-30 min. - Guidance will be provided for your application appointment. Including a [list of Program Required Documents](https://stlouiseresourceservices.org/hubfs/Required%20Documents%20List%20EngSpa%2010.11.pdf?hsLang=en); needed to avoid eligibility delays. **Application Appointment**: - We’ll assist you in completing and submitting your application(s). **Follow up:** - We monitor the status of your application until an eligibility outcome is reached. - We stay available to you even after you're enrolled.
