Empowering Lives With Community Support

Supporting our community gives us the opportunity to help people from all walks of life. Recently, we received an update from one of our Community Health Promotores, Tomasa, about a refugee family that she referred to StLRS for assistance. Our amazing staff was able to assist the mother and her two sons with the necessary health, financial, and other social resources to empower the family after an extremely traumatic experience fleeing their country. We are grateful to Health Net for supporting StLRS’ Community Health Promotores Program and helping us make this sort of impact in our community.
