What to Expect During Your Visit

The average appointment time for program application assistance varies based on individual needs and circumstances. All appointments can be done over the phone (OTP) or in person. The following is a general description of what to expect during your appointment:

Intake appointment: 

• A detailed consultation and screening will be conducted to assess your program qualifications.
• Appointment will take approximately 15-30 min.
• Guidance will be provided for your application appointment. Including a list of Program Required Documents; needed to avoid eligibility delays.

Application Appointment:

• We’ll assist you in completing and submitting your application(s).

Follow up:

• We monitor the status of your application until an eligibility outcome is reached.
• We stay available to you even after you're enrolled. If you run into any problems, call us, and we can help.
