Our friendly and bilingual (English/Spanish) Family Service Coordinators will provide step-by-step assistance and are available to answer your questions throughout the process. StLRS will advocate on your behalf and provide the follow-up services necessary to find solutions to your individual needs.
Program applications require supporting documentation to be submitted with your application. Our staff will inform you about what to bring to your appointment so that there is no delay in submitting your application.
StLRS values your privacy. All information shared during the screening and application process will only be used for the purposes of applying for identified programs. Your information will never be shared or used for any other purpose.
The average appointment time for program application assistance varies based on individual needs and circumstances. The following is a general description of what to expect during your appointment:
- A detailed consultation and screening will be completed using the supporting documentation that you bring to your appointment
- Based on your program eligibility, an application will be completed (online or paper)
- StLRS will provide you follow-up assistance as needed after enrollment into program(s)
